Description
The Post Office is a detached house that now serves as a post office. It dates from the 17th century and features a timber frame with painted brick infill. The roof is hipped and thatched, with brick stacks at the ends. The building is single storey with attics accessed through dormers. On the ground floor, there are two 4-light casement windows, while the attics and dormers have 2-light casements. The entrance door is located off-centre to the left. At the far left, there is a lean-to that accommodates the Post Office, which includes a single 2-light window and a plank door set beneath a segmental head.
