HENTLAND CP SO 52 NW 3/50 Churchyard cross about 15 yards north of north aisle of the Church of St Dubricius 25.2.66

Churchyard cross. C14. Sandstone ashlar. Square base chamfered to its top, truncated tapered octagonal shaft about three feet tall stop-chamfered down to square, gabled cross-head with recessed ogeed panels to east and west and narrower panels with 2-centred heads to north and south; figures in recesses are greatly eroded, RCHM reported those in east recess to be Crucifixion with the Virgin and St John and in north, a bishop (RCHM, Vol I, p 85).
