Description

Milestone located on the south side of the A4103 in Cradley, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape with a splayed top. The top features relief lettering that reads "CRADLEY," while the left side panel indicates distances to Bishop's Frome (5 miles), Bromyard (6 and 3/4 miles), and Hereford (16 miles). The right side panel lists distances to Stifford's Bridge (3/4 mile), Malvern (4 and 3/4 miles), and Worcester (10 miles).
