Description

Berkley House is an early 19th-century building. It is constructed of stucco and originally had two windows, although a later 19th-century extension has been added to the left. The front features wide sash windows with keyblocks, and a fielded panel door with a glazed surround and moulded architrave. The roof is slate and hipped.
