Description

Castle Brook is a house built in 1750. It is constructed from squared sandstone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are mullion and transom cross windows with casements. There are two gabled attic dormers. The entrance is located in the middle bay and has a partly-glazed 20th-century door. A plaque under the eaves is inscribed with the year "1750". There is a chimney on the left side, with the stack projecting from the rear wall.
