Description

Stanford Bridge is a packhorse bridge built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the early 19th century. It features a single low wide arch that has rounded ends. There is a brick band above the arch, and the bridge has a 19th-century parapet, which is damaged on the northern side and has been demolished on the southern side. The western part of the bridge is located within Stanford on Soar, Nottinghamshire.
