Description
A group of headstones from the mid to late 18th century is located south of the south transept, approximately 10 metres north of the south churchyard wall of the Church of St Mary. These headstones are made of slate and include six that are of listable quality:

A tall, shaped, classical headstone with finely cut details dedicated to Ann, relict of Charles Church, who died in 1793. It is signed 'Wood', Bingham.

A tall, shaped, classical headstone featuring fine detail and a circular panel at the top with a vase, dedicated to Charles Church, who died in 1791.

A small, rectangular headstone with a round-faced winged angel, dedicated to Mary, wife of Thomas Church, who died in 1757.

A shaped, classical headstone adorned with flowing foliage, dedicated to Thomas, son of Charles and Ann Church, who died in 1798 at the age of 21.

A tall, shaped, classical headstone with flowing foliage dedicated to Ann, daughter of Charles and Mary Church, who died in 1800.

A rectangular headstone with chamfered-off corners, dedicated to Charles Church junior, who died in 1736.
