Description
Hall Farm Cottage and the adjoining cottage to the north form a pair of late 18th-century brick cottages, situated on the west side of Church Lane in Owthorpe. They have a hipped pantile roof featuring a central stack and diagonally-set brick eaves. The cottages are two storeys high and have a symmetrical appearance. The entrances, originally with shallow segmental heads, are located on the left and right sides. The left entrance has been raised, and its door replaced in the 20th century. The right entrance retains a plank door. Each cottage has a single, segmental-headed tripartite casement window on each floor. A low brick addition and a porch are present at the rear. The interior was not inspected.
