Orchard House is a late 17th-century house with alterations from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick, partly rendered, and has a concrete tile roof. The building features two coped gables with kneelers, a single ridge stack, and two gable stacks. It is two storeys high and has four bays. The north front has an off-centre 20th-century timber and plastic porch containing a door with a segmental head. To the left of the porch is a 20th-century casement window, and to the right is a glazing bar sash window. Above are four smaller glazing bar sashes. The east gable has two 20th-century casement windows. The rear elevation includes a 19th-century brick lean-to toilet block with a pantile roof. To the left of the toilet block is a 20th-century door, and further to the left are three 20th-century casement windows, one with a segmental head. Above these are five casement windows.
