No. 15, Westgate is a house dating to around 1820, with later additions to the rear in the early 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with a colourwashed stucco front, and has a hipped slate roof. It features a plinth, a channelled band to the first floor, a moulded cornice, and a parapet. There are two side wall and one rear wall stack. The windows are glazing bar sashes. The house is two storeys high and has three windows on each floor to the front elevation, with the central first-floor window being blank.
