Description
Hill Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of ashlar stone with raised quoins and a hipped slate roof. It features two ashlar stacks and a single 20th-century external stack on the left. The building has a moulded cornice and is set on a plinth. It stands two and a half storeys tall and consists of three bays. There is a ground floor sill band and a first floor band. The central doorway has a panelled door and is accessed by four steps, topped with a Gothick glazing bar overlight. This doorway is flanked by single pilasters that support a slightly projecting hood. On either side of the entrance are single glazing bar sash windows, with three similar sashes above and three smaller sashes on the top floor. All windows are adorned with moulded surrounds.
