Description
This is a late 18th-century house located on the north side of Church Street in Southwell. The house is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and has a slate roof, distinguished by dentilled eaves and a single ridge stack. The front elevation has two storeys and originally featured a three-window arrangement. The windows are glazing bar sashes with splayed lintels. A two-story semicircular bay window, added in the mid-20th century, is located to the right of the original façade, with a flat roof and a six-light cross casement on each floor. A central 20th-century door with an overlight is flanked to the left by a glazing bar sash, both with splayed lintels. The building is included on the list for its group value.
