Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Church Street in Southwell. It is a three-storey, three-window range building constructed of brick, with a hipped roof covered in concrete tiles. The house has a rendered plinth, cogged eaves, and two rear wall stacks. The windows are mostly glazing bar sashes with segmental heads.

The front elevation has two windows offset to the left, with a smaller, flat-headed window above it to the left. To the right of this, there are two blank panels. A central six-panelled door with an overlight is flanked by single windows, the one on the right having a segmental head. A single window is centrally placed on each floor facing the street on the right end of the building. The left end features a two-storey service wing with more recent 20th-century window openings. Late 20th-century alterations have also been made.
