Description

The terrace wall and urns located to the south of Caunton Manor were built around 1926 and are constructed of brick. The wall features a plinth, ashlar coping, and intermediate piers with projecting panels. The south side includes central semicircular ashlar steps that are flanked by single small marble figures. There are six gadrooned terra cotta urns and two cast iron stemmed urns. To the west, there are four stone steps leading to a semicircular stone bench. The terrace wall is approximately 100 meters long and is included in the listing for its group value.
