Bathley Hill Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Caunton Road in Bathley, Newark. The building is constructed of brick and features gabled and hipped roofs covered with pantiles. It has a brick plinth, a first-floor band on the wings, and dentillated eaves. The farmhouse is designed in an L-plan, with two storeys plus garrets and three bays.
The main east front includes a lean-to wing on the left and a lean-to wing wall on the right. The central entrance features a timber doorcase with a panelled door and an overlight, set within a recess that has a segmental head. On either side of the entrance are single casements with segmental heads. To the left of the entrance is a garage door, and to the right is another doorway with a segmental head. Above the entrance, there is a small casement to the left and three larger casements with segmental heads to the right. The north gable has two segmental head casements in the garret, while the south gable has a single casement in the garret.
There is an adjoining single-storey outbuilding to the north, which has two bays. This outbuilding features a door on the west side and a glazing bar Yorkshire sash to its right, both with segmental heads.
