Farmhouse and adjoining garden wall. Mid C18 and early C19, with mid C19 additions and C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and plain tile and slate roofs. Early C19 front, to west, has plinth, eaves band, coped gables and 2 brick gable stacks. 2 storeys; 3-window range of 12-pane sashes with projecting painted stone surrounds, and cornice. Central mid C19 square porch with cornice and moulded round-arched doorway with half-glazed double door and fanlight, flanked by single Doric columns. Left gable has a 12-pane sash to ground floor. Rear wing, C18, has a 3-light window with stone flush mullions. Below, a similar window, and to its right, a beaded 6-panel door. Lower 2-storey C19 rear wing has C20 casements and doors. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached to the left gable, an S-curved stone garden wall with half-round coping and a gateway with square gate piers.
