CALVERTON HOLLINWOOD LANE SK 54 NE 4/165 Hollinwood House and attached Outbuilding. II House with attached outbuilding. c1800 with mid C19 additions. Brick, largely rendered. Pantile roof with 2 external gable stacks. 2 storey plus garrets. Main front has central doorway with 4 panel door and large mid C19, gabled porch supported on wooden piers. Eitherside single glazing bar sashes with above 2 similar glazing bar sashes. To the left a single storey outbuilding, with a single ridge stack, and 2 plank doors and a small C20 casement window. Interior has original spine beams, and some 4 panel doors, plus a single original fireplace with basket grate. Attic has stud partitions and original roof structure.
