The building is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with pantile and concrete tile roofing, topped with a single shouldered coped gable. There are two gable and three ridge stacks. Number 49, known as Pembroke Cottage, features a two-story lean-to addition to the rear. The south side presents three casement windows flanked by single doors to the left, and another casement to the right. Above, four casement windows are visible, with the pair to the left having segmental heads. An adjoining barn of three bays is located to the south, and to the south-east is an adjoining outbuilding, also of three bays, exhibiting a blocked window and two casement windows. A boundary wall with a round-headed doorway is situated to the left of the street front. The entrance to Number 49 is flanked by single casement windows. Numbers 51 and 53 each have a door flanked by single Yorkshire sash windows. Above, to the left, are two casement windows, whilst to the right are four Yorkshire sashes. Numbers 51 and 53 also feature a two-story lean-to addition to the rear, which is roofless, with a door and two Yorkshire sashes – all with segmental heads – to the left. Above this, two Yorkshire sashes are present.
