Description

Ivy Mount is a cottage dating from the late 18th century, constructed from dressed coursed rubble. It features a pantile roof with two dressed coursed rubble gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, set on a shallow plinth. The central entrance has a 20th-century wooden and glazed gabled porch, which includes a double part-glazed wooden interior door with a wooden surround. On either side of the porch are single sash windows, and above are three Yorkshire sash windows, all with wooden frames. At the rear, there are two extensions made of coursed rubble and pantiles, one two storeys high and the other single storey.
