Description

This is a bridge over the River Ryton, located west of Laundry Cottage in Serlby Park, and it dates from 1832. The bridge is constructed of ashlar and features a single arch with a keystone and a band running across the top. Both parapets are positioned on a plinth on the roadside and have moulded coping along with round terminal piers. At the northern end, the parapets curve outward before ending at the piers.
