Description

Mill Side is a cottage built in the early to mid 19th century. It features dressed coursed rubble and has a tiled roof with a single left gable and two red brick stacks at the ridge. The left gable is stone coped and includes a kneeler. The building is two storeys high plus a garret.

At the center, there is a gabled porch made of mid 19th century ashlar and slate, which has decorative bargeboards and pendants, and it contains a panelled door. On either side of the porch, there are single wooden-framed sash windows, and to the right, there is a smaller sash window. Above the porch, there are two casement windows.
