Description
Angel Cottage, consisting of Nos. 3, 4, and 5, is a row of three cottages built in the early 19th century. The cottages are constructed of painted brick and feature a pantile roof with a single brick gable and a single brick ridge stack. The eaves are decorated with dog tooth detailing. The building stands two storeys high and has six bays, with a band running along the first floor.
There are two doorways, with a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash window to the right and two similar sashes to the left, although the leftmost sash is fixed. Additionally, there is another single doorway to the left. Above these, four smaller Yorkshire sash windows are located, and all openings are set under segmental arches. All doors are made of wood.
