CAROLGATE 1. 5345 (East Side) No 81 SK 7080 NE 2/84 II GV 2. Early-mid C19. 2 storeys in red brick with slate-roof and wood eaves cornice. 4 windows, painted stucco lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars. 4 windows on ground floor, 2 blocked. Panelled door and rectangular fanlight in moulded surround.

Nos 71 and 73 form a group with Nos 77 to 83 (odd) of which Nos 71 and 73 are buildings of local interest.
