Description

This is an 18th-century farmhouse, built around the middle of the 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has steep pitched roofs covered with pantiles, together with a catslide roof. Features include a band at first floor level, dentilated and cogged eaves, and an eaves band. The gables have tumbled copings and kneelers. The house is two storeys high, originally with three bays, and has an L-shaped layout with a projecting wing to the left of the south front.

The south front includes a 20th-century bow window on the left and a casement window with a segmental head to the right. Above, there are two similar windows. The east front features a half-glazed door flanked to the left by a single window and to the right by two casement windows, each with a segmental head. Two 20th-century casements are above. The west front has a mullioned casement window to the left and two 20th-century casements to the right. Above, a casement window is set in a blocked opening with a segmental head.
