Description

This is a barn built in 1789, located to the east of the Post Office in North Wheatley. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof. The barn has a rendered plinth, dentillated eaves, and coped gables with kneelers. It comprises four bays. On the north side, there is a pair of off-centre barn doors with a timber lintel, flanked on the left by a slatted casement and on the right by a single blocked breather. Above the doors, there are three diamond breathers. The west gable displays ties in the shape of '1789', while the east gable has ties in the form of 'J S'.
