Description
Prebendary Farm House is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of brick with a steeply pitched pantile roof. It features remnants of a first-floor band on the west gable, rebated eaves, and has two gable stacks along with a single ridge stack. The building consists of two storeys plus garrets and is arranged in three bays, with an additional lower two-storey single bay service wing.
The main south front has an off-centre 20th-century glazed door, which is flanked on the left by two plain sash windows and on the right by a single 20th-century casement window with a segmental head. Above the door, there are two plain sash windows to the left and a blocked opening above the door, with a segmental-headed casement window to the right. The service wing features a 20th-century glazed door and a casement window to the right, with another casement window above.
The rear elevation includes a continuous two-storey lean-to addition, which is also brick with a pantile roof, featuring a single rear wall stack and 20th-century windows.
