Description
Merryfields Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, featuring a hipped slate roof with single stacks on both the right and left sides. The building has dentil eaves and stands two and a half storeys high, comprising three bays. There are bands separating the first and second floors. The central doorway includes a part-glazed door with an overlight and is flanked by single sash windows. Above, there are three similar sash windows, with three smaller sash windows on the top floor. All openings are set under cambered arches. At the rear, there is a later, lower two-storey wing.
