Description

Carburton Bridge is a bridge from the mid-18th century that has undergone later repairs. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and features two round arches, each with stone keystones, cutwaters, and parapet copings. This intricately designed bridge spans the River Poulter and is depicted on Chapman's map of Nottinghamshire from 1774. The bridge is located within Clumber Park, which is listed on the English Heritage Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.
