Description
Vine House Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, with some remnants of render. It features a pantile roof and a single red brick ridge stack. The gables are raised and have brick coping with kneelers, and the building has dentil eaves set on a plinth. The farmhouse has a baffle entry and is two storeys high with four bays, displaying a dogtooth and raised brick band at the first floor. The doorway includes a panelled door, an overlight, and a wooden lattice porch. To the left of the doorway is a single early 20th-century glazing bar tripartite casement, while to the right are two similar casements. Above, there are three more similar casements, and two tie plates are visible. To the left, there is a projecting one-and-a-half storey, two-bay mid-18th-century wing made of red brick and pantiles, featuring raised and brick coped gables, a red brick stack on the left gable, and dentil eaves. This wing has a doorway with a panelled door and a single 20th-century casement to the left. The interior contains a number of beams.
