Description

Elms Farm House is a late 18th-century farmhouse with a minor addition from the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble with brick dressings and has a pantile roof with two brick gable stacks. The building is arranged in a “T” shape. The two-story, three-bay front features a central half-glazed door with a bordered overlight and wooden panelled reveals, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. Above, there are three further glazing bar sashes. All of the windows have brick segmental heads with keyblocks. A 20th-century glazed porch has been added in front of the door. The building is listed for group value only.
