Description

Stonefaces is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with minor alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick and ashlar dressings. The roof is tiled with pantiles, featuring raised brick coped tumbled gables, and two brick stacks. The two-story, three-bay garden front has a slightly off-centre front door flanked by single 20th-century three-light glazing bar casements. Above the door is a glazing bar hinged light, with single three-light glazing bar sliding sashes on either side. All openings have segmental brick heads finished with painted ashlar keystones.
