Description
Manor House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, with some re-used limestone blocks at the foundation level. The roof is made of slate, featuring overhanging eaves, two gable stacks, and two ridge stacks. The building is two stories tall and has a seven-bay front, which includes an early 19th-century bay on the left side.
To the right, there is a doorway with a moulded wooden doorcase that has reeded sides and glazed doors. To the right of the doorway, there are two long glazing bar sashes with segmental heads and margin lights. On the left, there is a canted bay window with long double glazed doors, flanked by single long fixed lights. Beyond this, there are double glazed doors with a segmental head and two glazing bar sashes further left, both also featuring segmental heads. Above, there are six glazing bar sashes with segmental heads.
At the rear, there is a late 19th-century range that includes a small conservatory. The property is currently derelict.
