Description
White Swan Farm House is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a concrete tiled roof with raised brick coped gables that have kneelers and two brick stacks at the gables. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front. Notable architectural details include a first-floor band, a dentillated eaves course, and a gable band. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century door, which is flanked by two glazing bar sliding sash windows. All ground floor openings have segmental brick heads, while the first floor features two 20th-century glazing bar casements positioned at the eaves. This building is listed for its group value only.
