Description
32 Lord Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of brick. It features a moulded blocking course and cornice, with six windows across the upper two storeys, each adorned with brick voussoirs and lacking glazing bars. A brick band runs between the storeys, and there are two additional windows on the side elevation. The ground floor has a modern shop front. At the rear, there is a block from the early to mid-19th century, also in brick, which is raised several courses to a stone-coped parapet. This section has four windows without glazing bars over two floors, with segmental arches on the first floor. The side elevation of this building forms a group with the side elevation of No 20 Market Place.
