Description

No 30 Market Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a moulded wooden cornice and has three windows, with modern glazing except for the centre window on the top floor. The building has brick voussoirs and a modern shop front. No 30, along with Nos 20, 22, and 24, forms a group of buildings of architectural interest, while the side elevation of No 20 also groups with the side elevation of No 32 Lord Street.
