Description

This is a late 18th-century house in West Deeping, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed from squared coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, and banded gables. The roof is covered in Collyweston slate, with two red brick gable stacks. The two-storey and attic front is three bays wide. The central entrance has a four-panel door with an overlight, and is flanked by single three-light windows on the ground floor. Above, a glazing bar casement is flanked by further single three-light windows. All windows are glazing bar casements with flat ashlar lintels and stepped keyblocks. The roof has two hipped dormers, each with a two-light casement and rendered cheeks.
