Description
No 1 All Saints' Place is a mid-18th century building featuring two storeys and attics constructed in ashlar. It has a stone slate roof with two cambered dormers that contain casement windows. The building is adorned with a wide eaves cornice supported by modillions. There are three windows on the upper floor, each set in moulded stone frames with keystones and fitted with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. The ground floor consists of one large window, one small window, and a door, all of which are topped with triple keystones and rusticated lintels. The entrance features a six-panel door situated in a panelled recess, accompanied by a plain rectangular fanlight. The building also has a plinth and a foot scraper. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 8 (consecutive), the garage premises to No 9A, No 9A, No 10, the Sunday School, and Nos 12 to 17 (consecutive), along with Barn Hill and Nos 1 and 2 Red Lion Square.
