It is constructed of limestone rubble and stock brick, with some areas rendered. The building features slate roofs, including a single stock brick off-gable stack and a single lateral stack.
The east front is three storeys high and has two bays, with the top floor made of stock brick. There is a doorway to the left, which is made of 20th-century brick and features a glazed porch with a plank door and casements. To the right, there is a two-light casement, and above it, there are two two-light casements, with a single two-light casement above those. All windows have wooden lintels.
The west front is also three storeys high and has three bays, with the top floor again made of stock brick. To the right, there is a two-storey single rubble bay. The left-hand bay of the west front projects and includes a doorway with a partially glazed door. To the right of this doorway, there are two plain sash windows.
