The well head east of Boothby Manor House is a Grade II listed structure, originally a late 12th-century stone font that has been repurposed in the 19th century. It is made of ashlar and features wrought iron elements. The circular font, which has had its bottom removed, is positioned over a well. The top of the well head is octagonal and is adorned with an arcade of pointed arches. The wrought iron bucket mount is semi-circular, with scrolled sides and a top that is surmounted by a cross.
