Description
29 North Street is a late 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of red brick with rusticated stone quoins and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has a wood eaves cornice and two chimneys, along with a stone plinth. There is a scraper at the entrance. The façade includes three windows, which are double hung sashes with brick flat arches and glazing bars. Additionally, there are two plain doors set within an attractive 19th-century shop front that features an arcaded shop window, cornice, and entablature decorated with lions' masks and acanthus motifs. This building, along with Nos 29 to 33 (odd) and the Six Bells Public House, forms a group.
