Ivy House is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof with gable stacks. The building is two stories tall with a garret and has a three-bay front. The central doorway has a segmental head, an overlight, and a partially glazed door that is sheltered by a bracketed hood with ornate bargeboards.
