Description

No. 57 High Street is an early 18th-century building constructed of ashlar with a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows, each set in moulded stone surrounds with marginal glazing. The building has a wide eaves cornice supported by moulded modillions, and a moulded band that continues along the cills of the second-floor windows. The shop front has been modernized. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 53 to 59, Nos. 61 to 65, and Nos. 68 to 73 on High Street.
