Description
Bourne Eau House is a 17th-century house with 18th-century alterations and additions. It is constructed of red brick with a stone plinth and has an irregular plan topped with a Welsh slate roof. The gable features a stone cap and one window with thick glazing bars, while several other windows have "Gothic" glazing, including one above the entrance door that is complemented by outside Venetian shutters. The entrance is enhanced by a well-designed small rectangular porch supported by two slender reeded columns. The back elevation also includes a small porch with a shaped hood and treillage. Bourne Eau House is part of a group with the Warehouses.
