Description

9 Victoria Place is an early 17th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed from rubble with rusticated quoins and features a steep roof made of stone slates. The building has two gable ends, both capped with stone and containing blocked circular windows. There is a canted two-storey bay that includes a five-light stone mullioned window, while the other windows are mullioned with three lights and modern casements. A circular window is located in the gable end to the right. The property has two plain doors. At the rear, there is a one-storey wing covered with pantiles, which has modern windows and a plaque that reads "Thomas Dawkins Anno Domini 1666."
