Description

Nos. 2 and 2A Market Place is a late 17th-century building that houses two shops within one structure. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof, with rusticated stone quotas. Each shop front has two windows with glazing bars, and there are three dormers on the east side and one on the north side, all with segmental tops. The modern shop front and floor have been added. Inside, the building contains bolection moulded fireplaces in the ground floor and first-floor rooms.
