Description
This cross, located 9 metres south of the south aisle, dates from the 14th century with early 20th-century elements. It is made of limestone ashlar and features an octagonal base with a chamfered top. The base has alternating sides that show remnants of large broached stops, and two opposite sides have recessed rectangular wedges. Above the base is a tapering rectangular shaft with deeply chamfered corners and broached stops. The cross is topped with a 19th-century crenellated capital and a tapering cross that has a crenellated gable.
