Description

Well House is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile ridge roof with two gable stacks. The building has a first-floor brick band and a decorated eaves cornice. It is two stories high with three bays. The central entrance has a semi-circular headed doorway with a 20th-century glazed door. On either side of the doorway, there are single glazing bar casements set under segmental arches. Above, there are three glazing bar sliding casements, with the central one being narrower, all positioned under wooden lintels.
