Description

The Forge is an 18th-century farmhouse. It is constructed of brick with a pantile roof, featuring a coped gable detail with kneelers and gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. A 20th-century glazed door is centrally positioned, flanked on each side by single glazing bar sash windows on the ground floor, all of which have brick segmental arches. Above these ground-floor windows are two further glazing bar sashes, each with a flat brick arch.
