Description

The property is a late 18th-century farmhouse situated on Newark Road, Stapleford Moor. Constructed of brick, it has a pantile roof, two brick gable stacks, and dentilated eaves. The building is two and a half stories high with three bays. A central plank door is flanked by single three-light casements with glazing bars, and above those are three similar casements, all featuring segment heads. Above the first floor, there are four openings; two to the left have two-light casements, and two to the right are blocked. A small, single-story lean-to extension is located on the south side.
