Description

Brant House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with significant alterations in the mid-18th century and early 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick, partly covered with stucco, and has a plain tile roof with stone-coped gables. It features two gable stacks and one ridge stack and is arranged in an L-shape.

The east front has two 3-light wooden mullioned casement windows on the ground floor and four 2-light casement windows above. The remains of an external wall stack are visible beneath the stucco, positioned between the windows. The south, or entrance, front has a centrally positioned half-glazed door and various 20th-century casement windows. An ornate 19th-century iron verandah shelters the entrance, with three glazing bar sash windows positioned above.
